GGFI Law is seeking a part-time Administrative Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the firm, including preparing correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring smooth processes for our team and clients. Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the organization and maintenance of files, and respond to requests for information or file retrieval
Contact clients by phone and email for scheduling, information gathering and follow-ups
Prepare and edit emails, correspondence, reports and other documents
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning and filing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a law firm or similar environment
Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent client service and strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch mistakes when proofreading
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Experience in drafting wills or other legal documents is considered an asset
