You will be responsible to perform data entry for the creation in the new product system and general maintenance of the product.

  • Work Schedule - Monday to Friday 8h-16h or 9h-17h.
  • Location: Laval


Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, SKU Creation and Entering of New and Replenishment of Purchase orders, their confirmations, arranging for price tickets to be sent to suppliers (when necessary)
  • General maintenance of existing products pertaining to price changes as well as discontinued products.
  • Enter Product Information and images on the Web System so that Content Department can load the information to the Web, Ensure Product updates are made on Website and store sell sheets/signage
  • Enter data and text in both French and English into inventory management system
  • Preparation and entering Advertised Products including samples for photo shoots and/or photography from suppliers
  • Preparation of reports for the Product Manager to amend quotas where necessary and for the implementation of these amendments as well as store advisements
  • Preparing and reporting upcoming advertising events.
  • Communicate with stores and suppliers directly when required
  • Maintain product spec sheets and description manuals
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Multi-task-Team Player
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Retail Sales Experience and/or knowledge in Housewares asset
  • Excellent Communication Skills and good common sense.
  • Oral and Written French and English required.
