part-time administrative assistant/receptionist
to join us on
Saturdays and Sundays
, helping ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.
Job Overview:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle scheduling, reception duties, maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and general administrative support to keep the clinic running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails and appointment scheduling
Maintain accurate client records and handle confidential information with discretion
Assist practitioners with daily scheduling and coordination
Support billing and payment processing
Perform cleaning tasks and help ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic, maintaining a clean, organized and calm front-desk and treatment environment
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and correspondence
Assist with other ad-hoc onsite tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in
English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional and reliable with excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

Part-time:
Saturdays and Sundays
Hours:
Generally between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM, depending on the daily booking schedule
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
