We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. It will also include scheduling and managing appointments for our service departments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the appointment system.
Responsibilities
-
Answer incoming calls and assist with appointment inquiries
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Completing daily cash reports & bank deposits
- Posting Accounts Payable & Receivables
- Provide administrative support as needed including but not limited to ordering office supplies & filing
Requirements
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Proficiency in data entry and using phone systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
