- Salary range will range depending on experience from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
- Answering calls and greeting clients
- Preparing administrative support for accountants that prepare corporate tax documents for clients
- Data entry into Quickbooks, filing and scanning
- Responding to client emails and inquiries
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Quickbooks is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
