Job Description

Our client, a growing real estate firm, has partnered Stacey Danley, Senior Partner with Aplin, on the search for an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced assistant to join a high-performing office.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Full-time permanent Monday-Friday position
  • The target starting salary for this role is $40,000 to $43,000
  • Our client also offers paid vacation days, free parking and a health spending account
Responsibilities:
  • Managing all incoming calls and visitors
  • Providing administrative support to the team and general office management
  • Scheduling meetings and documenting action items
  • Answering client questions and responding to requests
  • Entering and tracking invoices and expenses and processing payments
  • Ordering office supplies and promotional materials
  • Acting is a liaison with IT
  • Organizing internal and external events
  • Overseeing new employee setup
  • Filing as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience in a real estate or property management office is an asset
  • Previous experience with basic bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks is an asset
  • Impressive customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency with MS Office
