Job Description

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations and human resources team
  • Monitoring all incoming emails, understand them and route it to appropriate person or teams.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as emailing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple efforts
  • Work with various Vendors to support the team
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by working various other tasks as needed.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
  • Very good verbal and Written Skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 1 -2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $22.00-$28.00 per hourBenefits:
