Are you a super organized individual, highly detailed, with a titch of a type-A personality? Do you love proof reading and locating the grammatical and typographical errors of others? Does spending an hour or two filing and scanning documents each day help you sleep better at night? Do you thrive in an occasionally hectic and possibly intense environment? And by occasionally, we mean at least four months of the year. We are a tax firm after all. We are looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join our well-oiled, harmonious administrative dream team. If you have 2-3 years administrative experience, are professional, eager to learn, and want to become a strong contributing member of our intelligent, articulate, and tremendously efficient administrative team you will fit in nicely! Experiance in the accounting industry would be a plus but attitude and attention to detail trumps all. You're sure to really like us if you:

Your responsibilities at our firm will include:

  • Providing support in a professional work environment for staff and clients with general inquiries in person and on the phone.
  • Supporting our accounting team including partners and senior leadership to produce high quality client work.
  • Preparing letters, correspondence, reports, and client invoices using firm templates and in strict compliance with our standards.
  • Managing electronic and paper-based client files and compilation of tax returns.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, arranging for couriers, ordering supplies, photocopying, database management, collating and mailing.
  • Assisting administrative staff and other administrative duties as required.
