You will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct research, perform analysis and input data.
Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems.
Previous experience as a intake cordinator is a plus but not required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
