Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description


Responsibilities: - Provides support as requested to the Agri-World Director of Sales, Sales Administration and/or Controller. - Manages the freight for equipment inventory. - Manages the advertising including social media postings, co-op advertising, IronSearch listings, newspaper and radio ads as required. - Assists in the management of receivable collections as directed by the Director of Sales. - Assists in post-sale follow up and transactions as required by the Director of Sales. - Assists in the entry of accounts payable where required. - Assists in entering sales invoices where required. - Contributes to team effort and safety by performing ad hoc tasks as requested. Requirements: - Advertising is kept current and up to date. - Contributes to team effort. - Analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy. - Well organized. - Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with others. - Basic understanding of accounting systems & procedures.
