GeneralJobSummary: This role is a hybrid which includes administrative tasks supporting our operations, finance and medical records departments.Duties and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:Front desk: File preparation (COVID screening/consent forms/intake questionnaires). Set up and sanitization of exam rooms Accepting inbound and arranging /monitoring outbound couriers Maintain on-line tracking systems, including tracking the assessment process from initial contact to file completion and documenting the type of service provided Greet customers/clients over the phone and/or in person; receive, screen and relay verbal and written communication Participate in streamlining customer/examinee arrival procedures, including organizing the clinic, receiving and updating customer/examinee informationSetting up interpretation and/or transportation services as requiredGreeting patients, doctors Chaperoning assessments as required Additional clerical tasks as required.Medical Records: Medical documents receipt, scanning records Confirm incoming medical records as listed on the index. Obtain fee approval from client for voluminous records. Bookmark electronic medical records and electronic editing of documents, combining PDF files using Adobe Print hardcopy binders and courier Send medical records to assessors according to each assessor's preference Securing disposal of records that are no longer required Physical delivery of documents within the downtown core (occasional(Finance Department: Receive, save and print out assessor invoices Follow up with clients for outstanding invoices Enter Concur expensesMiscellaneousProject based work as assignedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$23.00 per hourBenefits:
