Join TELUS as an Administrative Assistant where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Defined Contribution Pension Administration practice area. As part of our shared services team, you'll provide essential administrative support to both the Defined Contribution Pension Administration and Health & Wellbeing departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
What you'll doManage all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
Provide invoicing support for clients and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes
Support year-end deliverables including statement production and tax slip preparation
Ensure compliance with all audit and peer review processes and procedures
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative decision-making
Respond promptly and professionally to team inquiries and client requests
Participate in internal training sessions to continuously build knowledge and expertise
Maintain a deep understanding of team objectives and client priorities
Contribute to annual and ad-hoc projects as business needs require
What you bringPost-secondary education OR minimum two years of relevant administrative experience
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Proven track record as a dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and works independently
Outstanding customer service focus with strong professional acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational and time management capabilities
Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:WorkDay experience considered a strong asset
Microsoft Office certification preferred
Previous experience in group benefits or pension industry
Knowledge of pension administration processes and regulations
