ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks that support the Business Operations team. Duties and responsibilities:
Support and coordinate a variety of processes and programs including: attendance management, recruitment, service recognition, training, and HRIS data;
Draft articles and posts for the firm\xe2\x80\x99s intranet site, and maintain the content of various Business Operations pages;
Provide administrative support to a team of managers including preparation of correspondence, reports, scheduling, etc.;
Active member of the Workplace Culture Team which plans and executes firm social events;
Coordinate moves, furniture purchases and repairs, and provides relief reception duties as required;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Successful completion of a community college diploma in a business-related program
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a similar role in professional services, law firm preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Possess well-developed organizational and time management skills in order to manage changing priorities with ease in order to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills to help build relationships and provide excellent client service
A confident self-starter, able to work well both independently, and within a team
Operate with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Show good judgment and respond well to constructive feedback.
