What You\'ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years\' experience supporting Senior Leaders
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Expert knowledge of calendar management at a senior level
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Able to complete projects with minimal direction
  • Strong technology proficiency
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Qualification as an Administrative assistant
Impact You\'ll Make:
  • Coordinate meetings \xe2\x80\x93 scheduling, material preparation/distribution, conference room preparation, minutes and follow up on action plans.
  • Craft communications on behalf of CRO and Sr. Sales Leaders
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a digital filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventories
  • Develop/Maintain contact lists
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Complete/reconcile expense reports adhering to policy
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executives and other associates to handle adhoc requests including troubleshooting technology issues
  • Prepping meeting rooms and catering requirements
  • Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during meetings/presentations
  • Support the facilities manager with adhoc requests, i.e. building/office access
  • Other duties as assigned
