JOB DUTIES: - Answer phone and direct calls -prepare project specification work packages -Data input to Company Database software for equipment, vehicles and tools. -update internal calendars and forms to keep colleagues informed -prepare and maintain project front end documentation -maintain database of Subcontractor documentation -prepare and maintain project specific safety documentation for various job sites. -document control & management of: company forms, tender docs, drawings & submittals -coordinate courier shipping -\'hard copy\' file management -payroll data input for book keeper -job cost tracking -Purchase order development -maintain office in proper working order, including adequate supplies, clearing clutter, organizing -maintain and clean up lunch room on a \'as needed\' basis. -organize third party company / employee training -organize and facilitate internal employee training. -maintain database and records of all employee training and due dates for re-training. WORK EXPERIENCE: -min 5 years experience - Administrative / Secretarial -experience in Human Resources and employee management is an asset -experience with database software EDUCATION: -College graduate is an asset -Book keeping education and experience an asset.
