REGINA CAMPUS
CASUAL POSITION

The Administrative Assistant will assume responsibility for the general day to day duties of the University Relations Department.


Duties:

  • Monitor and maintain the merchandise inventory
  • Develop, create, and maintain an academic and events calendar
  • Create a database of government contacts
  • Assist with events, and be an ambassador at Community Events
  • Provide administrative support as needed



Qualifications:
  • Two (2) year diploma in Office Administration, Business or related field with a minimum requirement of two years directly related experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and general office experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset, including key-boarding and internet skills.
  • Experience working with the Public is an asset.
  • Must demonstrate reliability, work independently, and have strong written skills.

Salary: CUPE Pay Grade 8 – ($44,212 – 49,451)
