Preferred bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or a college diploma in Business Administration, public administration, political science, communications, or related discipline.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide Administrative support as required to the COO and Regional Managers.
Maintain call logs.
Coordination of various conferences, training, meetings, as required.
Visa reconciliation.
Maintain and coordinate calendars, emails, and be a first point of contact for the COO.
In partnership with PUC Finance, coordinate billing of the Municipalities.
Preparation of documentation for Board meetings.
Assist with compiling, formatting, and updating of confidential reports, documents, SOP\'s, etc.
Book flights and hotels for NWI employees, as required.
Process expenses and travel claims.
Update travel bookings, as required.
Maintain broad and strong professional relationships with travel vendors.
Investigate and identify high quality new entrants/vendors providing travel and accommodations necessary to NWI\'s continued success.
