La Cite universitaire francophone (La Cite) at the University of Regina serves the Francophone and Francophile students of Saskatchewan through undergraduate, graduate and non-credit programs.

This position is responsible for providing general administrative office support to the non-credit Training Centre at La Cite.

Le titulaire de ce poste est charge d'assurer le soutien administratif general du Centre de formation non credite de La Cite.

Position Requirements

What You'll Bring to this Position:

Bilingual (fluent in French and English).

3 years of experience working in an administrative support role. A combination of education and experience may be considered.





Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in the Role:


Working knowledge of, and experience with, the University of Regina's academic policies, procedures and processes including La Cite's non-credit programs. Familiar with La Cite's academic programs and university policies. Excellent organizational skills including a proven ability to work effectively, prioritize work, accomplish tasks correctly and on-time with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and oral communications skills in order to effectively communicate with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students and the community. Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate methods to handle confidential material. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective collegial working relationships. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of database and information systems including Banner, Caspur reports, DCU scheduling, Marketplace, etc. Attention to detail is essential.





Bilingue (maitrise du francais et de l'anglais).

3 ans d'experience dans un poste de soutien administratif. Connaissance pratique et experience des politiques, procedures et processus academiques de l'Universite de Regina, y compris les programmes non credites de La Cite. Connaissance et comprehension des programmes universitaires et non credites de La Cite. Excellentes competences organisationnelles, y compris une capacite averee a travailler efficacement, a etablir des priorites, a accomplir des taches avec precision et dans les delais impartis, avec un minimum de supervision. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale afin de communiquer efficacement avec un groupe diversifie de membres du personnel, d'etudiants et de membres de la communaute. Connaissance demontree des methodes appropriees pour traiter les documents confidentiels. Competences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles et capacite a developper et a maintenir des relations de travail collegiales efficaces. Maitrise de l'utilisation de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Access et PowerPoint). Connaissance demontree d'une variete de bases de donnees et de systemes d'information, notamment Banner, les rapports Caspur, la planification DCU, Marketplace, etc. Porter attention aux details.
Physical Demands Pay Grade CUPE Phase 4 Salary Range $24.32 to $32.84 per hour Status Term Work Hours
