Ballycastle Distributors is a family business that has been manufacturing Custom Cabinets and Cabinet Doors for over 35 Years. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will grow into higher position as company grows. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Answering phones, directing and screening phone calls and emails. Invoicing, specifications, estimates/quotations, schedules, bids/tenders, preparing office documents. Arranges courier pick-ups and deliveries. Good Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and QuickBooks Scheduling and setting up meetings Processing and directing incoming mail, packages and deliveries Process and put in production orders. Maintaining filing system and general organization Assists with business office functions including payroll as required; Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Job Type: Permanent Salary: $13.00-$19.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
