Administrative Assistant (part Time, Temporary)

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time, temporary Administrative Assistant to provide coverage during a leave. This position will be for a few hours per day Monday to Friday

2:30 to 5:30pm

over the next (approx. 6 weeks). The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with standard office software, with strong communication and customer service skills. This role will help ensure smooth daily operations and provide valuable support to staff and clients during this temporary period.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries and directing traffic. Answering the phone , ensuring professional phone etiquette Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client needs effectively Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency

Skills



Previous clerical experience, preferred but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Customer service experience, demonstrating strong communication skills Familiarity with receptionist duties is a bonus
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Work Location: In person
