Job Overview
This is a part-time opportunity with variable hours.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Property Manager, as the
Administrative Assistant
you will support the Property Management team and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, utility charge backs, rent rolls, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Organizing and maintaining records and filing systems.
Overseeing entire monthly processes for all properties.
Overseeing past tenant collection accounts; sending correspondence, handling all calls relating to these accounts and monitoring payments.
Supporting Property Manager and Vice-President with duties as assigned.
Providing support to other administrative related projects or duties as required.

Essential Requirements
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and property management system (Yardi or similar).
Preferred Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration is preferred.
Property Management related experience is an asset.

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
