Schedule:
Our Office Administrator role offers evenings and Saturdays.
o Wednesday 12:15pm-8:15pm
o Thursday 12:15pm-8:15pm
o Saturday 7:45am-5:00pm
Total: 24.25 Hours
Responsibilities:
Greeting all patients with a welcoming demeanour, handling telephone calls with professionalism, contacting clients as needed, managing incoming faxes and emails, processing client payments, submitting insurance claims, and ensuring office maintenance by performing tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Competitive Pay Structure:
Employees are paid hourly, starting at $19, with an increase to $19.50 after 6 months.

: Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits.
Start Date:
We are looking to welcome a new team member to start in
November 2025.
If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:
o Diploma in Medical Office Administration would be beneficial, though not mandatory;
o Legible handwriting;
o Positive and vibrant personality;
o Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
o Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
o Previous experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator;
o Proficiency in using JANE booking software;
o Excellent customer service skills and effective communication, both verbal and written;
o Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with patients, practitioners, other staff members, and the community.
