Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures Coordinate the flow of information within the team Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Schedule and confirm appointments Manage contracts Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Respond to employee questions and complaints Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Recruit and hire staff
