Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Train staff Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Manage contracts Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Advise senior management Oversee payroll administration Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Perform data entry Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain filing system Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Implement new administrative procedures
