Administrative Assistant

The Historic Sites Association of NL seeks a motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our Head Office team. This entry-level position will provide us with essential support for our Finance and Retail operations, and provide you with hands-on financial, administrative, and organizational experience to help you develop professionally.
Key duties include:
Receive and process daily bag paperwork from our nine Heritage Shops.
Report and assist with resolving discrepancies
Enter store and sales data and maintain updated records
Provide support and assistance as necessary to HSA's Finance Manager and Retail Operations Manager.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and detail focused, have strong math and organizational skills, and feel comfortable with frequent communication both verbally and non-verbally.
Previous experience with Sage Accounting and basic knowledge of book keeping are definite assets.
