This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations from application through to closing.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support on financing files for the mortgage professional and a real estate team
Collect and organize client documentation
Prepare and review mortgage application files
Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties and ensure there is ongoing follow-ups for every file during the financing life cycle
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Schedule appointments and manage calendar
Assist with compliance and file organization
Handle general office duties such as email, phone calls, and data entry
Commercial property asset management
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or support role (preferred)
Mortgage, real estate, or finance experience is an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRMs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with mortgage processes is a plus
