Job Description

Administrative Assistant (casual, part-time) - Looking for an efficient administrative assistant to support a growing Real Estate Agent with office administrative duties.

Responsibilities



Maintaining real estate client contact database (CRM) Update real estate transaction deals on system and to the brokerage Filing / Electronic filing of all paperwork Book and confirm appointments Follow up with client feedback Follow up with clients regarding missing documents/signatures Create marketing campaigns on a Marketing CRM Updating agent websites and social media information Coordinate and create marketing materials for online promotions and mail outs Create manuals and checklists to ensure maximum service is provided Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, photographers and stagers Run errands for Real Estate Agent as required Coordinate Event planning for seminars and client events

Qualifications



Personable and professional Excellent command of the English language Able to multitask and detail oriented Organizational skill is a must Tech savvy, able to learn software Can calmly handle deadlines and stressful situations High level of initiative and self-directed Ability to type 50+ WPM Excellent Customer Service skills required Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop (asset, not a must-have) and Social Media platforms Attention to Detail
Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
