Hours Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Work schedule Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Salary between 50k-55k depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
Here are the tasks for the administrative assistant position:
-Taking orders;
-Respond to emails;
-Follow up on orders;
-Make submissions;
-Help with invoicing;
-Make customer payments;
-Assist the purchasing department.

Qualifications
- Experience dans un poste administratif ou service a la clientale
- Atout: Experience dans l'entree de commandes
- Connaissance d'Excel et de la facilite a apprendre un logiciel maison
- Etre bilingue autant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit
