Responsibilities
? Welcome visitors;
? Answer, screen and forward calls;
? Manage and follow up on room reservation requests (with Outlook);
? Coordinate meal and beverage requests for conference room meetings;
? Make service calls and follow up on suppliers providing office maintenance and related services;
? Ensure cleanliness of common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, etc.), including loading and emptying of dishwashers;
? Sort and prepare mail for delivery via various messaging service providers;
? Coordinate travels (Flights, Hotels, Car rental);
? Maintain office security by following and controlling access through reception;
? Perform any other task related to the nature of your duties.

Qualifications
? Diploma of collegial studies in office administration, secretarial studies or other relevant discipline;
? At least 3 years' experience as a receptionist in a similar role;
? Strong client orientation and good organizational, listening and welcoming skills;
? Demonstration of high professional standards, as well as proven discretion and diplomacy;
? Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail;
? Ability to multi-task;
? Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written);
? Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including proficiency in using Outlook.
