We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, high volume law office, where you are front facing. Applicant must be organized, professional, detail-oriented, motivated, and proficient in MS Office, Google Chrome, and databases, etc., and posses exemplary customer service skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, opening files, data entry, drafting legal correspondence, inbound and outbound phone calls, updating clients through email and phone, taking payments from clients, assisting real estate and legal assistants with various tasks, and more. Prior experience in the following fields may be applicable: \xc2\xb7 Customer service \xc2\xb7 Finance \xc2\xb7 Legal - Real Estate We thank all applicants, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
