ARORA REAL ESTATE The Arora Real Estate team is seeking a full time team Administrative Assistant long-term. Administrative Assistant real estate experience is an asset. Please DO NOT apply if you are acquiring your real estate license as we are specifically hiring for the Administrative Assistant position. It is mandatory to have your own vehicle as this position requires you to complete tasks such as dropping off for sale signs, lockboxes, features sheets, pick up flyers, etc. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing a team of 5 Agents. You will be working alongside Agents who have won numerous awards on a yearly basis with RE/MAX. To name a few; Chairman Club 2020, Diamond Club 2021-2022, Hall of Fame, Top 1% in TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board), Top 30 Under 30 in RE/MAX Canada, Top 100 in RE/MAX Canada and Worldwide. 90% of our business are repeat clients and referrals. We strive to build and maintain long term relationships with our clients. IS THIS YOU? We are seeking an individual who posses administrative qualities, quick learner, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, highly organized, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision, multitask, problem solver, team player, versatile, creative, attention to detail, willing to put in the initiative, and view challenges as opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS (Note: You will be trained extensively in all of these)
  • Knowledge of Toronto MLS, MREB, MPAC, Public Records, BrokerBay, WEBFORMS, DocuSign, Whatsapp, and Geo Warehouse is an asset
  • Database/CRM management skills an asset using KV Core, Top Producer, Referral Maker, or other software
  • Great telephone skills
  • The ability to handle a very fast paced environment with attention to detail
  • Self motivated and take initiative
  • High proficiency in Gmail, Calendar, Canva, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets
  • Familiarity with social media (Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook)
SCHEDULE
  • Monday to Friday
**You must own a vehicle and you are required to work in the office located in Mississauga. EXPERIENCE Real Estate experience is an asset. Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in any field.
