Job Description

We are looking to fill a contract position to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities



- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and organizing documents

-Data entry

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals contacting the office

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications



-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional phone etiquette

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Experience is an asset but not mandatory. Comprehensive training will we provided.

Benefits



Possibility of benefits and will be determined based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
