Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties including the handling of travel arrangements, executives\' expenses, and general office administration. Skills required:
Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook required (specifically as they pertain to the KCI world)
Ability to work under time pressure and deal effectively with stress
Excellent organizational and time management skills required
Ability to take direction and know when to ask the right questions to complete a task
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with math and numbers
Punctuality
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changes quickly and re-evaluate priorities
Interest and affinity for using and learning new software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service and confidentiality
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Valid driver license required
Nice to have:
Travel industry experience
2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
