We're hiring an Administrative Assistant for a 4-month contract with our client, the 6th largest employer in the world.
Responsibilities:
Generate Employer Report of Injury forms for claims in a timely manner to avoid late filing penalties
Data-entry of WCB correspondence, updated medical documentation and/or claim information into Parklane system
Analyze all relevant correspondence and compose letters for questionable claims
Complete objection forms and/or request cost relief and/or transfer of costs if applicable
Review in-coming mail and update Parklane system with status; link documents to database
Develop a positive relationship with all WCB contacts as well as internal customers, provide constant coaching and feedback to operations to improve competency levels
Qualifications:
2-3 years of administrative support experience
Experience working in Occupational Health & Safety, or Disability management is an asset
Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
High level of attention to detail, highly accurate data entry skills
Ability to work well within a team environment and able to take direction as needed

Pay rate $22.00-$25.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
