Onsite Sign Group is a faced-paced company that looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in our Lloydminster Office. This position is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. One hour lunch break. Here\'s what we offer:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Working side-by-side with management to assist with any and all organization. This is a position working closely with both our Manufacturing and Install teams.
Answering phone system
Writing & creating system orders
Keep database up to date with project details, pictures, and changing information
Assisting with job scheduling and organization.
Mail going in and out
Bank Deposits and Receipt Management
QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to show up every day and desire to go the extra mile.
Excellent organization skills
Team Player
Solid knowledge of Word Processing. Experience with Quickbooks, SharePoint and SmartSheet an asset
Typing skills
Can thrive working independently, but can take direction from management well
