Onsite Sign Group is a faced-paced company that looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in our Lloydminster Office. This position is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. One hour lunch break.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Working side-by-side with management to assist with any and all organization. This is a position working closely with both our Manufacturing and Install teams.
  • Answering phone system
  • Writing & creating system orders
  • Keep database up to date with project details, pictures, and changing information
  • Assisting with job scheduling and organization.
  • Mail going in and out
  • Bank Deposits and Receipt Management

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Willingness to show up every day and desire to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Team Player
  • Solid knowledge of Word Processing. Experience with Quickbooks, SharePoint and SmartSheet an asset
  • Typing skills
  • Can thrive working independently, but can take direction from management well
