Your Opportunity

This temporary role is about making an impact on peoples lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Administrative Assistant in Kincardine, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Responds to telephone inquires
• Takes meeting minutes
• Relieves manager of clerical work, minor administrative and business detail
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions
• Works under immediate supervision
• Handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide telephone coverage for assigned section and make referrals to appropriate personnel as needed
• Perform word-processing of drafted documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness
• Distribute documents and correspondence
• Perform basic database entry and file maintenance of customer and/or internal company records, such as vacation log, training needs, personnel files, and general department files.
