Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This position offers an opportunity to work in a small, friendly environment.

Duties:

- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails

- Provide exceptional customer service by dealing with tenant related matters

- Assist with updating rent rolls, vacancies, advertising, preparation of notices/documents

-Assist with preparing bank deposits

- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in property management or administrative roles is preferred

- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Work Location: In person
