Globally, we manage over 320 million square feet of client portfolios across 30,000+ locations in North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia and Asia.Further information is available at www.bgis.comSUMMARYThe Administrative Assistant III reports to a Manager and provides coordination and support in the areas of the regional updating and tracking, handling and coordinating shipments, placing orders for equipment, uniforms and supplies, purchase requisitions and in some cases supports other Administrative Assistants.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Carry out the day-to-day execution of administrative duties to ensure BGIS ITS operations are provided with support on National level\xc2\xb7 Daily monitoring of administrative email box and process all requests in timely manner\xc2\xb7 Coordinate corporate initiatives throughout their region\xc2\xb7 Support Regional Operations Managers in the onboarding and offboarding of employees\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other support departments within BGIS\xc2\xb7 Continuous updating of administrative documentation and trackers based on requests and provided reports\xc2\xb7 Coordinate regional shipments of supplies to employees efficiently and timely\xc2\xb7 Assist in ordering uniforms and providing proper PPE to employees\xc2\xb7 Assist with Trade and HSE certification management through tracking system\xc2\xb7 Update Team Members\' information when required and inform all departments where necessary\xc2\xb7 Process Purchase Requisitions in various systems\xc2\xb7 Assist in Purchase Card management\xc2\xb7 Assist in documentation translation when required\xc2\xb7 Other related general administrative duties as required\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED\xc2\xb7 Requires three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience\xc2\xb7 High school education completed\xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with little or no supervision\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Problem solving skills\xc2\xb7 Effective leadership skills when working in a group\xc2\xb7 Strong time management skills and organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Strong professional written and verbal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus\xc2\xb7 Strong care for accuracy and attention to detailsLicenses and/or Professional Accreditation\xc2\xb7 None requiredAt BGIS we believe that diversity and inclusion is a key business driver, such that we never lose sight of its importance as it is woven into the fabric of our organization.
