Information Technology Services Reporting to the Coordinator, Administrative Services, the Administrative Assistant II - Program provides administrative support to the Leader of program/s, as well as is accountable for the coordination of a range of initiatives. The role is a key contact for the program, as well as a communication point for program projects, processes and support. What we offer:
Rate of Pay: $27.34 per hour to $34.18 per hour
Status: Regular Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have:
Successful completion of a 2-year college Diploma in Medical, Executive or Office Administration, or as acceptable by the Hospital
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Demonstrated fiscal knowledge
Ability to identify problem, troubleshoot, provide suggestions and implement solutions
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC\xe2\x80\x99s Mission, Vision and Values
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
