Job Description


Location: Nova Scotia - Full Time Remote (NS) HRM training in person preferable
Working Arrangements: Remote
Contract Duration: 05/19/2025 to 11/19/2025 able to start sooner dependent on checks
Possibility of extension/ conversion to FTE? Possible dependent on business needs
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm (flexible) Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/weekCandidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 2-4 years of previous customer service/admin experience required
2) Verbal and written communication skills
3) Demonstrated ability to keep information organized and confidential.
4) Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
5) Experience with CRM systems requiredSoft Skills:

  • Multi-tasking
  • Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one at a time
  • Detail Oriented **
  • Take initiative and demonstrate accountability**
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- bilingual French/EnglishEducation:
  • High school diploma or GED required
