Administrative Assistant & IELTS Instructor (Private High School)

We are a registered private high school in Ontario seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant who can also teach IELTS. This hybrid role combines school administration and English instruction, ideal for individuals passionate about education and skilled in both communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities



Handle daily administrative tasks (document filing, student visa renew and university application.) Support the Principal and Academic Director in school operations and external communications Teach IELTS classes (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) and prepare lesson plans Assist with student recruitment and service activities Participate in school events and promotional activities

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or above in Education, English, or related field Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent) Prior experience in IELTS teaching or school administration preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about education
