We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Hopper Division in Brandon, MB. This position is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
THE ROLE
Providing excellent customer service and completing all administrative responsibilities. Good communication skills, a willingness to assist others, a positive attitude, accuracy, efficiency, flexibility, and excellent customer service should remain a constant focus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to routine inquiries
File, scan, and organize paper and electronic records
Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow company policies and procedures
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to customer service
Previous grain experience is an asset
