You will be receiving of, sorting of, and delivery of the mail, office supplies, and other administrative activities. Furthermore, you will:
Perform clerical and administrative functions to support department activities
Answer phones, direct calls to proper people, take messages and respond to routine inquiries
Open, sort, and distribute mail, set up files, maintains records and perform data entry
Prioritize own workload to meet service level agreement requirements for service and productivity
Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures
Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team
Work within generally defined guidelines, accountable for completing a range of transactions or activities that involve single to multiple steps and several systems or applications
Process transactions and activities that require process knowledge for own area of expertise and could be characterized by low to moderate risk
Take a broad perspective to identify and resolve issues that are atypical, infrequent or not covered by stated processes
Job Requirements
High school diploma with over 2 years of experience
Hands on knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet applications
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility for effectively coordinating processes and information across related teams
A dynamic professional with willingness to learn and take initiative on upcoming tasks and projects
Strong written and verbal communications to interpret policies and apply standards to complete assignments in a fast-changing environment
An analytical mind with orientation to detail for handling initiatives, projects and programs with minimal direction from management
