Job Description


This position involves general office duties as well as assisting with human resources, marketing and food safety tasks. You will ensure that all phone calls, orders, transfers and pages are handled in a timely and professional manner. Your organizational skills, attention to detail and team commitment are essential to ensure that the office operates smoothly.
Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications:

  • Business administration education considered an asset.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Tech savvy, including Microsoft Office Suite, front end systems, and printers.
  • Ability to prioritize and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and diversity awareness and the ability to listen and appreciate different perspectives.
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) is required.
