What we are looking for We are looking for administrative support on a part time or full time basis, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week. This is an in-office client-facing role, and we are looking for someone who truly enjoys communicating with clients, someone who is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision; we do not micromanage here, we place trust in our employees and respect their abilities. To be successful in this role, a financial background is not necessarily a requirement (although that will be considered an asset), but you will need good verbal and written skills, and must have strong administrative, problem-solving and customer relations skills. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who is detailed, has excellent organizational and time management skills and can maintain a positive, proactive client service focus while working in a busy, professional environment.
