Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant in Grande Prairie, Alberta is responsible for administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to the group\'s Operations Coordinators and Service Managers. They will support & coordinate with internal and external resources (operations, service, accounting, project management) and bring significant problems encountered to the manager\'s attention. They will provide onboarding assistance, filling, scanning, uploading, managing phones and answering services, procurement of office supplies, generating and creating reports as required, assist operations in customer order inputs, invoicing, purchasing, assist in international travel arrangements and bookings, handle ingoing and outgoing mail, assist in month end closure and provide a primary contact for employee benefit and administrative concerns for the group.
