We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate to help others on their immigration journey.
The job will require the following:
Using Google Documents, Email, Excel;
Filling out the forms to be submitted to the IRCC;
Communicating with clients in writing and over the phone;
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and process payments.
Must be able to do the following:
Maintain client confidentiality;
Work under tight deadlines;
Work with a team;
Be able to work with persons from different backgrounds;
Communicate effectively in writing.
Must have the following attributes:
Experience of 1 year;
Interpersonal skills;
Customer service experience;
Call center experience is an asset.
It is a full-time position requiring the applicant's to work in person with the RCIC and other members of the team.
