Position Summary:
As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to clients--both over the phone and in person--while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls and email inquiries
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Perform customer service duties and provide basic information about services
Support general administrative tasks: data entry, filing, inventory, office supply management
Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas (reception, boardroom, etc.)
Handle additional tasks as assigned
