Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to clients, including but not limited to the following: preparing investment paperwork, prioritizing incoming communications, drafting correspondence, monitoring/responding to emails, and liaising with clients.
Processing, confirming and following-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts in a timely manner.
Following-up with carriers and financial institutions to ensure applications are processed quickly and accurately.
Responding to client inquiries by phone, mail, or email in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with client reviews, including preparing advisor-proposed recommendations, and other work that is delegated from other team members.
Maintaining client lists and compiling statistical information and reports, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Performing additional administrative duties as required, including finding efficiencies and improving processes.
Assist in other clerical work as it comes up and helping the team.
Job Requirements:
Post-secondary education.
One-year administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
Great analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Customer service focused.
Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quick learner who is open to learning new things.
Computer literacy is a must as we are a paperless office with a strong knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Products.
