Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy office professional with great communication skills? Our reputable client is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team and support the smooth delivery of our training programs and services. If this is you, we would love to hear from you! This position is temporary with the potential to be extended.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create classes and manage course orders using our in-house CRM software
- Register, transfer, and cancel student enrollments
- Scan, save, and organize evaluations and classroom document
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across student record
- Respond to inquiries, redirect calls, and coordinate appointments and course bookings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assemble and mail promotional packages and course materials
- Draft, format, and word-process letters, memos, and internal documents
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good technical knowledge of office administration, word processing, desktop publishing and records maintenance
- Experience managing databases of clients, membership or similar datasets
- At least 3 years of previous work experience
- Solid experience with computer software including MS Word, and Excel
